By purchasing software or services from KDR Coding, you agree to these terms. KDR Coding provides BMW diagnostic software (ISTA+, ESys, PSdZData) and remote coding services.

Digital products

All software is provided as a digital download or remote installation. No physical items are shipped. After purchase, you will receive download links in your account once your order is processed. Software is provided for personal use only.

Refund policy

Software remote installs: contact us within 48 hours before your session starts for a full refund. VIN activation codes: codes are generated manually for your specific vehicle — refunds are not available if you order for an incompatible head unit. When in doubt, message us with your VIN before buying.

Delivery time

Feature Installer and CarPlay codes are not instant. Each code is manually created from your VIN. Delivery is usually a few minutes to a few hours depending on demand.

Compatibility

CarPlay packages work with NBTevo iD5/iD6, NBT, and EntryNav2. Check your system version before ordering. For wireless CarPlay, your unit must have a Wi-Fi antenna plug — contact us with a photo if you are unsure.

Remote sessions

Remote coding sessions are performed via TeamViewer or AnyDesk. You are responsible for providing a stable internet connection and a compatible ENET/OBD cable. Sessions are not recorded.

KDR Coding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software or services.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
