The BMW F01 is a 7 Series in the f-series-nbt platform, with a NBT (iD4) head unit. With a ENET cable and ISTA / NCS Expert, you can unlock features and run dealer-level diagnostics — all reversible, all done remotely by Kadir.

What cable do I need for older F Series?

An ENET cable is required. It plugs into the OBD port and your laptop Ethernet port. K+DCAN cables do not work on F Series.

Can older F Series get Apple CarPlay?

Limited — older F Series NBT (iD4) units do not support factory CarPlay. NBTevo-equipped F Series (mid-2015+) do. Send us your VIN to confirm.

Can coding be done remotely?

Yes. Kadir connects via TeamViewer or AnyDesk and walks you through every change. Most sessions take 60—90 minutes.

Will coding void my warranty?

No — coding changes configuration values, not firmware. All changes are reversible — we back up your original coding before any modifications.

Do I need both ISTA+ and ESys?

For coding on older F Series, ESys + PSdZData is the right tool. For diagnostics and battery registration, ISTA+ is best.
