Advanced Coding Workbench is just the editor; Full Coding Data Pack is the dictionary it reads from. Without it, Advanced Coding Workbench cannot interpret a single module in your car.

The Version Rule Everyone Trips Over
Your Full Coding Data Pack version must be at least as new as your car’s integration level (I-level). A 2024-built G20 with a recent I-level will simply not load against 2021 data. This is the #1 cause of “Advanced Coding Workbench can’t read my car” complaints — and why a setup that shipped with someone’s old USB stick often fails on newer cars.
