KDR Coding (“we”, “us”) operates kdrcoding.com and provides BMW diagnostic software and remote coding services.

• Your vehicle VIN (optional, provided by you)
• Car model and year (optional, provided by you)
• Order details and payment confirmation

Why we collect it

We use your data to process orders, confirm software compatibility with your vehicle, deliver digital products, and provide support. Your VIN helps us verify head unit compatibility before delivering activation codes or software files.

Payment processing

We use WooCommerce / Stripe for payment processing. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe — we never store full credit card numbers.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process payments (Stripe) or comply with legal obligations.

Data retention

We retain your order data for as long as necessary to provide support and fulfill warranty obligations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.

Your rights

Third-party services

We use TeamViewer and AnyDesk for remote coding sessions. These sessions are not recorded. You are under no obligation to share remote access beyond what is necessary for the service.
