Is the G Series CarPlay hardware-ready?

Yes — every MGU head unit is hardware-ready for CarPlay. The feature is locked behind a software FSC code that we generate from your VIN.

Can I get wireless CarPlay on my G Series?

Yes — if your head unit has the Wi-Fi antenna plug (most 2019+ G Series do), we enable wireless CarPlay in addition to the wired activation.

Will CarPlay use the full screen?

Yes. The default G Series CarPlay layout is split-screen; we reconfigure it to full-screen during the remote session.

Can coding be done remotely?

Yes. Kadir connects via TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Most coding sessions take 60—90 minutes.

Do I need both ISTA+ and ESys?

For coding (CarPlay, VIM, hidden features) you need ESys + PSdZData. For diagnostics and battery registration, ISTA+.
