It works, or we fix it
If your software doesn't run on a compatible setup, Kadir personally troubleshoots it with you over a remote session — for as long as it takes.
Coding is reversible
Every coding change can be reverted to factory settings. If you change your mind about a feature, we put it back the way it was.
30 days of support
Every purchase includes 30 days of follow-up help. Found an issue a week later? Message Kadir and it gets sorted at no extra cost.
Refunds, plainly
No 40-paragraph legal maze. These are the rules we actually follow.
Full refund, no questions asked. If we haven't sent you files, generated a code, or run a session yet, you get every cent back.
If we can't get your software working on a compatible Windows laptop after a remote session together, you receive a full refund. "Compatible" simply means your machine meets the requirements we publish — when in doubt, ask before buying and we'll check for you.
Activation codes are generated for your exact car and cannot be resold or reused. Once your code has been generated, it can't be refunded — but if activation fails on a compatible head unit, we keep working with you for free until it succeeds, or we make it right. That's why we check your VIN before generating anything.
It happens — E, F, G and I Series all need different things. Contact us within 14 days and we'll switch you to the right package and settle the price difference, or refund you if nothing fits your car.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
