How a Remote Session Works
No shipping your laptop, no dealership visit. Kadir connects to your computer over TeamViewer or AnyDesk while you watch everything happen on your own screen — most sessions take 1–2 hours.
What you need
A Windows laptop
- Windows 10 or 11
- Free disk space for your package
- Charger plugged in during the session
An ENET cable
- Connects laptop to your BMW's OBD port
- Needed for coding & diagnostics

The session, step by step
Book & confirm
You pick a time window that suits your timezone (sessions run 8 AM–10 PM Pacific). Kadir confirms your VIN and package fit before anything starts.
Share your session code
At the agreed time, you open TeamViewer or AnyDesk and send Kadir the one-time code shown on your screen. That code is the only access you grant.
Watch the install live
Kadir installs and configures your software while you watch every click on your own screen. Ask questions in chat or over the phone as it happens.
Connect to the car
With the ENET cable plugged into your OBD port, we verify the software talks to your BMW — reading modules, checking fault codes, or applying your coding changes.
Verify together
Before the session ends you test everything yourself: fold the mirrors, check CarPlay, read a fault code. We don't disconnect until you're happy.

Everything is visible
The session happens on your screen, in front of you. Nothing runs hidden in the background, and sessions are never recorded.
One-time access only
The session code expires when you close the app. Kadir cannot reconnect later without you generating a new code and sharing it again.
Disconnect anytime
You keep mouse and keyboard control the whole time and can end the session with one click — no questions, no hard feelings.
